At Østre Havn in Aalborg, right next to the cable park, Aalborg Heat has a sauna right at the water's edge. The large glass front looks out over the harbour while the gus master guides the heat with water and scents. The calendar includes sessions such as Fredags Morgengus, Fredagsgus, Herbal Sauna Gus and Gus & Gys. Between rounds you can cool off with a dip in the harbour pool or in the cold tub. A sauna gus costs 145 DKK per person, and a 10-visit punch card is also available. You book and pay directly with Aalborg Heat.
