Holbæk Sportsby

At Holbæk Sportsby, sauna gus takes place in the swimming centre's sauna beside the family pool. The gus master handles the heat and essential oils while you settle onto the wooden benches. Located on Sports Allé 1 in Holbæk, the venue offers a local option without a trip to Copenhagen. The calendar includes regular sessions titled Gus and longer themed evenings such as Efterårs Gus. Regular sessions currently last one hour, while Efterårs Gus is scheduled for two hours. Dates, times and spots available follow Sportsbyen's booking calendar, where you also register and check the current price. The sauna is part of the swimming centre. If you would also like to use the pools, check entry and ticket requirements with Sportsbyen. Essential oils may only be used by the gus master during official gus sessions.
