Surrounded by woods and lakes, Innercise Frederiksdal offers a completely different setting than the other Innercise studios. Here, nature is an active part of the experience, and
sauna gus takes place in unique surroundings where you can completely disconnect from everyday life.
The studio focuses on breathwork, recovery, and breathing exercises that help you find balance both physically and mentally. Combined with sauna and ice bath, you get a holistic experience that sends you home with a clear head and a more balanced nervous system.
Like the other Innercise locations, you are required to read their terms of participation before your first visit. The studio only teaches in Danish, and it's a requirement that you understand the language for safety reasons. Remember swimwear, flip-flops, a towel, and a lock for the lockers.
