Just Sauna Wellness

Just Sauna Wellness is Just Sauna's location in Frederikssund - a calm retreat for those who want saunagus without heading into Copenhagen. Here you get the same complete gus experience that Just Sauna is known for: professional gus masters, essential oils and a heat that helps your body fully unwind. The sessions combine the classic Finnish sauna with cold water dips and breathing exercises, and the gus masters guide you safely through the entire experience - whether it is your first or your fiftieth gus. Bring swimwear, two towels and a water bottle. Arrive in good time so you have time to change and settle in before the heat begins.
