Klub-Nok Sauna

Klub-Nok Sauna is a family-run sauna house in Hedehusene, where you follow the signs to a wood-fired sauna with room for ten guests. Here you sit close to the gus master and far from a crowded hall - gus on a small scale with great warmth. The programme alternates between two regular formats: Fyraftensgus (after-work gus) for winding down after a long day, and FormiddagsGus (morning gus) with oils chosen to energise you for the day ahead. A session lasts about an hour and a half, and the 10-12 minute gus rounds are broken up by breaks where you can cool down in the cold plunge tub or under the shower. During breaks, fresh fruit, salted snacks, water and electrolytes are served. There are always four gus rounds, and between rounds you can relax in the lounge. Klub-Nok also hosts private events - bachelor parties, company events and themed gus for women, men and children. There are changing rooms, a toilet and free parking. Bring two towels, swimwear, a water bottle and flip-flops - and if you have a sauna hat, bring it along.
