Ringsted Sportscenter

Ringsted Svømmeland, part of Ringsted Sportscenter, regularly hosts sauna gus sessions for both new and experienced participants. A gus master leads the session in the communal sauna, where water with essential oils is poured onto the hot stones and distributed with a towel. The renovated communal sauna offers views of the green sports grounds, and outside there are cold showers and buckets for cooling down. The ticket provides access to the swimming pool during opening hours. Learn more about sauna gus. During the winter months, exclusive luxury evening gus sessions are arranged for guests aged 16 and over. These events consist of three rounds and include catering. Spots must be booked in advance.
