Sauna Sport

SaunaSport in Kastrup combines functional training with sauna gus. The venue offers various gus sessions that vary in pace and intensity, from calm to more energetic. Each session follows a fixed structure. Check the calendar to plan a visit and get tips for your first visit. SaunaSport also arranges private events for companies, teams, and groups. The session's intensity, atmosphere, and flow can be customized for the occasion, whether it's team building or a celebration. One hour before your sauna gus, you can use the venue's gym. Here you can train freely during open gym or participate in team training. The training is inspired by HYROX, focusing on strength and conditioning. All fitness levels are welcome.
