Saunagården

Saunagården is on Nakkedamsvej in Kirke Hyllinge, a calm spot with a lovely view. It is run by Bernt, who built the sauna, and Rikke. Bernt's sessions are hot and focused, with less talking and more presence, while Rikke's sessions are gentler with a focus on breathing. The programme includes Sunday gus with Bernt in three rounds with three selected oils per round, Wednesday gus with Rikke, sauna gus for beginners and themed sessions such as a Halloween gus. Between rounds there are snacks, water and tea, and a cold water tub for a dip. Arrive 10 minutes early and bring swimwear, two towels and warm clothes for the breaks. There is shared indoor changing and free parking.
