Saunaguz

Saunaguz is located in Farum and offers sauna gus sessions. A session consists of three rounds of gus, interrupted by dips in a cold wilderness bath. Fresh fruit, homemade ginger shots, water, and tea are served throughout. The session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. Follow Saunaguz on Instagram for information on new events and photos from gus events. If you want to know more about sauna gus in Copenhagen and the surrounding area, you can read more here. It is possible to arrange private events for up to 11 people, for example, company events or bachelor/bachelorette parties. Saunaguz also hosts retreats. A half-day retreat is inspired by the Chinese seasons and elements, combining movement, meditation, and four rounds of sauna gus. Weekend retreats include vegan food, accommodation, and an integration evening with ceremonial cacao and sauna gus. Read more about preparing for gus. Sessions and retreats are booked directly via the venue's online booking system.
