SaunaNor

SaunaNor's spacious sauna by Sandkaj in Nordhavn provides the ideal setting for a relaxing sauna gus. The large mobile sauna is located at Göteborg Plads, right next to Sandkaj Havnebad, and can accommodate up to 32 guests. With large windows in Nordic wood and a powerful 30 kW oven from German EOS, it is the largest mobile sauna of its kind. Experienced and certified gus masters guide you through three rounds of heat with aromatherapy and breathing exercises. Between rounds, you can cool off directly in the harbor pool. A session lasts 75 minutes. The purpose is to offer you a sanctuary from everyday stress, where both body and mind can find peace. SaunaNor is open during the season from September to the end of April and welcomes everyone without requiring membership. The venue also offers private events. Practical

Rules and what to bring

Arrive 10 minutes prior to change. Bring a towel, swimwear, and drinks. In the cold season, a bathrobe and sandals/swim shoes are an advantage. A sauna hat or beanie can protect your head and ears from the heat.
