Skovgus

Skovgus organizes sauna gus with a focus on nature and community. One of the events is "Skovgus Sister Circle", an event exclusively for women. Here, gus, music, and the scent of herbs are combined with meditative exercises, breathing techniques, and movement among the trees. The exercises vary each time, and participation is optional. Find the next Sister Circle in Skovgus' calendar. They also host the special event "Inner Peace with sauna gus & NADA". After the gus, where NADA tea is served, there is an opportunity for 45 minutes of silence with NADA ear acupuncture. Read more about the gus tradition. The price for this event is 200 DKK (or 160 DKK with a gus punch card) plus 40 DKK for the NADA part. A gus session consists of three rounds of approximately 12 minutes each. It is recommended to bring a blanket and practical clothing for the NADA treatment, which takes place outdoors. See also how long sauna gus lasts.
