Taastrup Svømmehal

Located in Denmark's longest swimming pool, Taastrup Svømmehal offers a unique sauna gus experience in Vestegnen. Guests are invited to a communal sauna where a gus master creates a warm atmosphere with aromatic scents poured over the sauna's hot stones. A gus session typically lasts between 12 to 20 minutes. The venue stands out by integrating sauna gus into an active swimming pool environment, where the bathing facility itself is an attraction with its impressive 120-meter length. In addition to sauna gus, the venue also caters to families with children with special pools and opening hours, but the sauna gus sessions are aimed at an adult audience, where swimwear is required. For preparation for gus and information on the specific rules for sauna gus in Copenhagen, you can find guidance on Zauna.dk. It's worth noting that the sessions are intimate with a capacity of between 3 and 12 participants, ensuring a personal and tranquil experience. Taastrup Svømmehal offers sauna gus in both Taastrup and Fløng, and it's important to check for altered times during holiday periods.
