VikingeGus

On Bymosevej in Helsinge, VikingeGus brings sauna gus and ice baths together in a small community. The gus master guides the heat using water, scents and a fan or towel, with time to cool down and take a break between rounds. The calendar includes Søndags Saunagus, Tirsdagsgus and special events such as marathon gus and women's sessions. Duration and contents vary, so check the individual session when booking. A standard single ticket costs DKK 239 and includes access to the sauna and ice bath, plus fruit and water. You can buy an individual session without choosing a subscription. VikingeGus also offers memberships, multi-session passes and private events. Booking and payment take place directly with VikingeGus.
