Zensauna

Zensauna is a private, cosy sauna on Ringstedvej in Mørkøv, where Lasse and Melanie lead the sessions. Their signature is the Zen sauna gus: four rounds with relaxing background music and no talking in the sauna. The first round is about wood and earth, the second about spices and herbs, the third is a journey through scents, and the fourth offers a bit of everything, often with extra heat and a final sauna kiss. Clothing is optional, and there is an ice bath on site. You book one spot at a time and pay with MobilePay. Punch cards and gift cards are available. Parking is on Ringstedvej.
