Frederikssund Sauna Club

Frederikssund Sauna Club is a volunteer-run association offering sauna gus and ice baths on Færgevej 72 in Frederikssund. Its mobile sauna has electric and wood-fired stoves. Between rounds, you can dip in the cooled ice bath or use the outdoor shower. Sessions consist of three rounds with breaks. The calendar includes Saunagus and Saunagus (Mental ro). Check the individual session for its exact start time and duration. Membership is not required to attend. Bring swimwear, a water bottle and two towels: one to sit on and one to dry off with. Changing is under an open shelter, and the club recommends arriving already changed. Toilet access is only available when someone is home at the property. As the sauna is mobile, always check the location for your chosen booking date.
