Kurhotel Skodsborg is a spa hotel located in North Zealand by the Øresund strait. Here, gus masters perform sauna gus with essential oils, distributing the heat using various techniques. After the gus, guests have access to the Øresund or the hotel's cold-water tubs.
The spa area features 16 hot and cold baths. Facilities include a traditional sauna, steam bath, salt grotto, hydromassage pool, infrared heat, Sensory Sky Shower, and outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel also offers yoga, other forms of exercise, and regularly hosts events.
Hotel guests have access to sauna gus by signing up 15 days prior to arrival. Members of Skodsborg Spa & Fitness with spa access can participate in weekly gus sessions.
