Temple Sea Bath

Temple Sea Bath is a modern bathhouse that opened in 2023 in Arne Jacobsen's historic men's changing room from 1932 at Bellevue Beach. The venue is uniquely located with a bathing jetty directly in front, allowing you to combine sauna and sea bathing with yoga, treatments, and cafe visits all year round. Here, you'll find both a social sauna and a quiet sauna, where you can enjoy both Finnish and infrared heat. It's a place that embraces both well-being and community, with nature as its backdrop. In addition to daily sauna gus sessions for bathhouse members, Temple Sea Bath also offers longer 90-minute sauna gus events that are open to everyone. If you desire a more exclusive experience, you can book private sauna gus events for friends, family, or colleagues, with the option to purchase extra time in the house or other customizations. As an added layer, Temple Sea Bath also attracts enthusiasts looking to delve deeper into sauna culture, as they offer courses on becoming a sauna gus master, focusing on essential oils and aromatherapy, providing deeper insight into the effects and uses of scents in sauna gus.

Good to know

The bathhouse is open all year. For sauna gus, events, or yoga classes in the infrared sauna, only one sauna is available. Workshops/Events are binding and cannot be exchanged for another date, but the spot can be transferred. Ginger shots, tea, nuts, and fruit are served at sauna gus events.
