KYND Frederiksberg

KYND Frederiksberg sits in the garden of Frederiksberg Hospital, where KYND has set up a small sauna oasis inside the old laundry building at Vej 10. The hospital is relocating and the area will eventually become homes and offices, which gives the place a temporary, tucked away feel in the middle of the greenery. It is KYND's largest sauna with room for 17 to 20 guests, and each saunagus session lasts 75 minutes. For cooling down there are filtered and chilled cold plunges plus hot and cold outdoor showers. Changing rooms are indoors with lockers, but there are no indoor showers. Sessions run from morning to late evening, weekends included, and there is 2 hours of free parking nearby. The sauna can also be booked for private sessions for birthdays, stag and hen parties or company events.

Access

The sauna is located in the backyard of Det Bæredygtige Forsamlingshus (The Sustainable Community House), part of Frederiksberg Hospital's Garden. Just a few minutes' walk from Fasanvej Metro Station.
