KYND Kalvebod Brygge is a panoramic sauna on the waterfront terrace of the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel. It was built in partnership with the hotel and sits right next to an approved bathing zone, so you cool down between rounds with a dip in the harbour.
The sauna holds 12 to 14 guests, and a regular
saunagus session lasts 75 minutes. By the sauna there are two changing booths and lockers, but no showers or ice baths. Indoor changing and a shower with a towel can be bought at the hotel reception for 35 DKK, and your sauna receipt gives you 20 percent off in the hotel bar and restaurant.
On Saturdays and Sundays you can book Sauna & Brunch, a shorter session on the terrace followed by brunch at the hotel, including changing rooms, shower, towel and bathrobe. Paid parking is available on both sides of the hotel.
