KYND Ørestad

KYND Ørestad sits in the new Fælledby district, about a 10 minute walk from Bella Center Metro. From the entrance at Vejlands Allé 200 you follow the signs, and the sauna is a 2 to 5 minute walk from there. If you come by car, parking near Bella Sky is the easiest option. The sauna holds 12 guests, so groups are small and the mood is calm. Between rounds you cool down under the cold outdoor showers. There are indoor changing rooms with lockers and a lounge area where you can sit before and after your saunagus. There are no cold plunges and no hot showers. KYND says they are in talks with the authorities about adding cold plunges at this location.
