Ølstykke Svømmehal

Ølstykke Svømmehal is the Egedal Municipality swimming pool on Stadionvej. Saunagus takes place in the pool's traditional sauna, where the gus master mixes essential oils into water, pours it over the hot stones and fans the steam around the room. A session consists of two rounds of 8-12 minutes with a break of about ten minutes in between to cool down. New to it? Read about preparing for a gus. Besides the sauna, the facility has a 25 metre pool with 1 and 3 metre diving boards, a play pool and a 32.5 degree warm water pool with bubble zone and massage jets. There is also an infrared sauna and a steam room with aromatherapy, which require an add-on ticket. Remember to drink water before and after the gus, and bring an extra towel to sit on.
