The venue in Jyllinge features a spacious sauna, a terrace, and cold ice baths, where the gus masters create a safe and intense atmosphere. Mickey Skaarup is renowned for crafting themed sauna gus sessions with a cohesive thread of oils, music, and visual elements.
A gus session lasts 75 to 90 minutes and consists of three to four rounds of approximately 12 minutes each. During breaks, you can cool down under a cold shower or in an ice bath, and light refreshments are served.
