Sauna Svala - Amager Strand

Sauna Svala offers a holistic sauna gus experience at Amager Strand, transcending the traditional heat and scent. Here, you are guided through a meditative ritual where breath, presence, and sensory impressions unite to calm the nervous system and find inner peace. It is more than just sauna gus; it is a practice for body, mind, and soul, allowing you to step out of daily hustle and restore balance. The Icelandic gus master Svala, who herself found peace through sauna after stress, creates a safe space where you can let go and find your way back to yourself. The unique location at Sneglen, Amager Strand, integrates nature's elements into the experience, with the sound of waves supporting a complete, relaxing atmosphere. In addition to the classic sauna gus, a "Detox-gus" is also offered, which includes detox juice and body scrub, as well as an in-depth course for those who wish to become a gus master. A diploma is awarded upon completion of the course.
