Sauna Yard

Sauna Yard in Jernbanebyen offers a tranquil haven where warmth, cold, and serenity converge in an informal setting. Located on Otto Busses Vej next to Padel Yard, the area's raw industrial character provides an authentic backdrop for the experience. Two spacious saunas, cold-water plunge pools, and an inviting lounge area form the core of the facilities. Guided sauna gus sessions, led by experienced hosts, are at the heart of the concept. Sessions last 60 minutes, alternating between time in the sauna and cooling down. In addition to sauna gus, Sauna Yard also offers open sauna for those who prefer to set their own pace. Learn more about what is gus if you're curious about the ritual. The venue caters to both experienced gus enthusiasts and beginners.
