Vallensbæk Vand- og Idrætsby

In Vallensbæk Vand- og Idrætsby, you can combine the swimming hall's offerings with sauna gus. In the communal area, you'll find a Finnish sauna where the venue's gus masters hold sessions with various scents. Sauna gus can be a great way to conclude a visit to the swimming hall's pools or the sports facilities. In addition to the communal sauna, there are saunas in the men's and women's changing rooms, which can be used without prior registration. The water facilities include a warm water pool, a multi-purpose pool, and a children's pool. Remember to sit on a towel in the sauna. Only the gus masters are allowed to pour water on the stove. You can view times for sauna gus and book your spot online. Here you can also read more about the gus tradition. Vallensbæk Vand- og Idrætsby also offers water aerobics classes and has a cafe connected to the facility.
