DAMAI

DAMAI is a sauna on the water at Dragør Fort - literally. The sauna sits on a raft by Prins Knuds Dæmning, and between gus rounds you can jump straight into the sea. This is saunagus with salt in the air and the horizon as your view. A session lasts about 75 minutes including breaks and the option of a sea dip. The gus master guides you calmly through the heat with essential oils, and the atmosphere is present and relaxed. Changing facilities are available, and water and snacks are always provided. DAMAI also offers breathwork and memberships for those who want to make gus a regular habit. A membership includes two free sessions per month and a discount on additional ones. Bring swimwear, preferably two towels, and optionally a bathrobe and flip-flops. Drink plenty of water during the day and arrive in good time so you can settle in calmly. A single session costs 240 DKK, and a ten-session punch card is 1,900 DKK.
