Located in Dragør's scenic surroundings, Heat It manages to deliver a holistic experience combining warmth, cold, scent, nature, and silence. After an invigorating round in the sauna, you can step out into the fresh air and take a refreshing dip in the ice-cold wilderness baths, which maintain a constant temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. This not only stimulates blood circulation and strengthens the immune system but also provides a deep sense of well-being. Heat It offers various types of sauna gus, including classic sauna gus and a special senior sauna gus for those aged 65+, which focuses on milder heat and a calmer pace. For those who wish to delve deeper into sauna culture, Heat It offers a Master Certified Gus Master education, led by Line Rasmussen. This course is designed to provide you with a strong professional and practical foundation in aromatherapy and sauna gus, so you can master the art of gus and create safe and professional settings. In addition to public gus sessions, it is possible to book custom events for both companies and bachelorette parties, where the team takes care of the entire arrangement, including snacks and drinks.

Good to know

Water, electrolytes, and nuts are included in the price. Bring swimwear, a towel, flip-flops, optionally a bathrobe and a gus hat & water bottle. Cancellation policy: Cancellation up to 24 hours before allows you to reuse the ticket. For cancellations less than 24 hours before, the ticket is forfeited (can be resold/given away).
