Dharma Sauna in Køge is a sauna housed in a 1930s garden shed. The owners, Bo and Maria, built the place themselves and host the venue's
sauna gus sessions.
A gus session consists of four rounds, where the heat is gradually built up with the use of essential oils and herbal infusions. Between rounds, there is access to a cold shower, and small refreshments are served.
Dharma Sauna hosts both open gus sessions and private events for up to eight people. A private event includes an introduction to the
gus tradition and offers a focused gus experience with scent and warmth as the central elements.
