Gusio

At Gusio, sauna gus is combined with warmth, essential oils, and music. The venue's gus masters work with scent, air, and tempo to give each round its own character. Three different session types are offered: "Deep Session" with calm sounds, light melodies, and gentle warmth, "Flow Session" with balanced tones and smooth transitions, and "High Heat Session" with deep rhythms, beats, and intense heat. Between rounds, guests can use the two large cold-water tubs and outdoor showers. Electrolytes and light snacks are served in the lounge areas. The sauna accommodates 25 guests, and changing facilities and toilets are available. In addition to the regular sessions, events such as "Family Session" for children and adults, "Sjælens Rejse, Hjerte & Ånd" and "MAYAS & KystCare - Selfcare event" are held, combining sauna gus with self-massage and body scans.
