Køge Svømmeland

Køge Svømmeland offers saunagus several times a week during the cold season from September to May. A gus master pours water with essential oils on the stove and spreads the heat and scent with a towel. A session is two rounds of 8-10 minutes with a break in between, about 25 minutes in total. The gus takes place in the shared sauna, where men and women are together in swimwear. On the last Thursday of the month there is a women-only saunagus in the women's sauna. Now and then they also host Vild med Sauna evenings with three gus rounds during the evening. Afternoon and evening gus is sold only in the webshop, where sales open around 9 pm one week before. Morning and late-morning gus is sold at the reception on the day. The minimum age is 15, and you get a wristband at the reception when you arrive.
