Rört

Rört in Nordvest is more than a yoga studio; it's a movement community that also embraces sauna culture with its heated, wood-fired sauna. Here you'll find a large cold-water tub and a beautiful, secluded wooden terrace, ideal for enjoying the fresh air between sauna rounds. Rört creates a space for presence, where you can breathe and sweat together. In addition to regular sauna gus sessions - including special #byMembers sessions led by aspiring gus masters - Rört also offers unique themed gus. VIBRANT sauna gus offers high heat and an uplifting atmosphere with singing and sweating, while a CALM gus promises a more moderate heat for a meditative and calming experience. For families, there's family-friendly family gus, where children aged 2-12 can participate in a sensory experience with guessing games and songs in a lower-temperature sauna. It's also possible to rent the entire sauna for private events. Before your first visit, you can find tips for your first visit and get a free trial class for one of the many movement classes.
